Haruspex Athame TOO-ATH-HRSPEX - $33.00 Heavy, flashy, and just plain pretty. Fourteen inches of classic opulence, nine and a half inches of it blade. The hilt is brushed bronze with an insane amount of detailing, and the included sheath (no belt loop) is completely over the top, formed of faux-snakeskin resin and trimmed with more ornate brushed bronze. A substantial ceremonial blade, the Haruspex Athame's hilt is nonetheless proportioned for the smaller hand.

Pan Athame TOO-ATH-PANATH - $13.00 The Pan Athame is a slender, graceful blade, with a hilt depicting the Father of All in a droll, Medieval style, along with multiple suggestive organic/geometric representations of the generative principle. Leather sheath with belt loop included. Blade 7 1/2 inches, total length 11 1/2 inches.

The Wand (or Staff) is the tool of the Will. It corresponds with Fire, South, noon, summer, and the planet Mars. It represents the World Tree, and in ritual it's used to concentrate and direct magical energy to effect change.

The chalice is the tool of the Heart. It corresponds with Water, West, sunset, autumn, and the planet Venus. It's used for ritual sharing of water, wine, or other sacraments, and it symbolizes the female principle in the symbolic reenactment of the Great Rite (the male principle is symbolized by the athame). It also symbolizes dreams and the subconscious.

The pentacle is the tool of the Body and of Manifestation. It corresponds with Earth, North, midnight, and winter. In ritual, representations of desired outcomes (e.g. coins, or a picture of a baby) are placed on the pentacle to attract their reflections in reality.
